CORDS whistleblowing policy prompts individuals to report issues related to corruption, misconduct, or violations of the organization’s code of conduct. It encompasses all employees and officers but excludes matters concerning individual pay, working hours, or conditions. The policy’s effectiveness is monitored by the CORDS Board, and the Executive Director ensures protection against retaliation. Reported concerns are treated seriously, investigated promptly, and whistleblower identities are kept confidential. Reporting concerns is actively encouraged, with all whistleblowers enjoying protection under the CORDS.
